TRACK 2: Digital Confidence & The AI Assistant
Move from basic digital literacy to “AI Fluency.” We provide hands-on experience with essential platforms like Zoom, Google Workspace, and project management tools. More importantly, we teach you how to use AI as your 24/7 personal assistant helping you draft emails, organize schedules, and manage complex tasks so you can reclaim your time and feel empowered online.

The Youth Changemakers Hub: Leading the AI-Civic Revolution
Youth Changemakers Hub is a civic-tech inspired platform for the next generation of leaders. The Youth Changemakers Hub is where purpose meets innovation. Designed for university students and early-career professionals, this dynamic platform equips young visionaries with the tools, networks, and experiences to lead change in their communities and beyond.
Through a blend of civic-tech, policy thinking, and digital media, the Hub empowers emerging leaders to tackle real-world challenges with creativity, empathy, and action.
Our Program Tracks
Track 1: AI for Social Good
(AI4SG) Hackathons
Innovation thrives under pressure. We host high-energy Hackathons and Hack Days that challenge participants to move beyond theory and build tangible AI-driven prototypes.The goal is to solve real-world problems in climate resilience, healthcare access, and educational equity. Participants work alongside mentors to develop “Minimum Viable Products” (MVPs), learning how to harness Large Language Models (LLMs) and data analytics to create tools that serve the marginalized.
Track 3: AI-Driven Digital Storytelling & Advocacy
In a digital-first world, the power to change a policy often begins with the power to tell a story. We train youth to use AI-augmented multimedia tools to amplify social movements. As we move beyond traditional media, we teach participants how to use AI for high-impact video synthesis, data visualization, and narrative building.Changemakers learn to create compelling, empathy-driven campaigns that cut through the noise, turning complex social issues into viral movements that inspire community-wide action.
Track 2: Ethical AI, Policy & The Future of Work
Technology moves faster than regulation. We empower the next generation to be the “ethical compass” of the tech industry.This track dives deep into the complexities of data privacy, algorithmic bias, and the socio-economic impact of automation in the Pakistani context. Through policy labs and debates, young leaders develop the vocabulary to advocate for inclusive AI laws, ensuring that the “Future of Work” is one where human dignity and workers’ rights are protected.
Track 4: Community Research & Data Advocacy
We believe that leadership should be evidence-based. This track invites youth to lead grassroots research projects, using AI to analyze local data and uncover hidden social trends.
In this track we train young leaders to present actionable insights to local government and NGOs. Participants learn the art of data-driven advocacy, ensuring that their calls for change are backed by rigorous research and local reality.
